Welcome to Bourica Threads! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.

2. Our Products

Bourica Threads sells t-shirts and apparel featuring original graphic designs. We work to display colors and designs accurately, but your screen may show colors differently than the printed product. Slight variations in print placement, color, and fabric are normal and are not defects.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and an order is accepted when we send a confirmation or ship it.

If we offer custom designs and you submit text, images, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submission to produce your order. We may refuse any submission that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate, and custom items may be non-returnable unless defective.
