Every Bourica Threads order is printed to order, so each one has a production period before it ships.

Shipping methods

Orders within the US

Standard: [5-8] business days, tracking included
Expedited: [2-4] business days, tracking included

Orders to Canada

Canada Standard: [7-12] business days
Canada Expedited: [4-7] business days

International orders

International: [10-20] business days. Tracking may not be available once the package reaches your local postal service.
International Plus: [7-14] business days, with tracking through your local postal service. Not available in every country.

Domestic orders ship with the fastest carrier available in your area. International orders are delivered by your local postal service.

Processing time

Delivery estimates include printing and processing, which takes [3-5] business days. Business days don't include weekends or holidays, and busy seasons may add time.

Shipping rates

Rates depend on your order total, shipping method, and destination, and are shown at checkout. US orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking

You'll get an email when your order ships, with a tracking number if your method includes one. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update.

Multiple items

Items in one order may ship separately. You won't be charged extra shipping if they do.

Address errors

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't change it once your order enters production. If a package comes back because of an incorrect address, reshipping is at the customer's cost.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are paid by the customer and aren't included in our prices.

Lost or damaged packages

Email boricuathreads@gmail.com within [30] days of delivery with your order number and a photo if the order is damaged. We'll reship or refund it, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
